Behind the Scenes
PALOMA™ is led by Andrew Lizzio, its founder, lead architect, and CEO - a systems thinker with over 30 years of experience in building large-scale, self-organising systems. With a background in enterprise architecture, Andrew has driven complex transformations for the Australian Federal Government and Fortune 500 companies, applying distributed, swarm-intelligent design principles that now form the foundation of PALOMA. Alongside his industry leadership, Andrew is an accomplished mathematics and scientific researcher (see ResearchGate), with contributions that continue to inform the platform’s development.
A visionary builder, he is also spearheading other ventures of similar ambition - each aligned with a shared mission: to create regenerative, values-led systems that reshape the future at a structural level. Out of Queensland, Australia, he leads a small, focused team committed to turning these principles into living, scalable technology.
Research and Development
At the heart of PALOMA™ is a commitment to open, rigorous inquiry. To lay bare the system’s design and foundational principles, the team has published four open-source research papers. The first three, under the Unlocking Consciousness series, explore the structural, mathematical, and systemic dimensions of conscious architecture.
The fourth paper, From Artificial to Humane Intelligence™, advances a framework for building values-led, emergent intelligence.
Together, these publications provide a transparent blueprint for PALOMA™ and invite collaboration toward a more regenerative technological future.
